THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESERVATION WITH CHILLAX CUSTOM CHARTERS!

Booking Confirmation is required for boarding. Please check in with your Captain to confirm your last
name upon arrival at the pre-define embarkation location. We hope that your charter will be an
enjoyable and memorable event!

Please note the following Terms and Conditions

1. If you need to make changes to your reservation, call us at (813) 550-6099 with your confirmed
charter date and your phone number. Call to add guests, add enhancements or to change the date.

 

2. All payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

3. All guests must check-in with the Captain prior to boarding on the day of their charter.

 

4. Chillax Custom Charters is UNABLE to compensate or reschedule any guests who miss their cruise due
to traffic or any other circumstance the day of the scheduled charter.

 

5. Our vessel departs at the scheduled time arranged between you and your Captain. In the rare event
of extreme weather, your cruise may be held dockside or rescheduled.

 

6. There is only one vessel not subject to change without notice.

 

7. A minimum 48-hour notice prior to the charter date is required to reschedule your trip to another
sailing date.

 

8. Reservations are taken on a space-available basis and are not confirmed until minimum deposit
payment is received.

 

9. Any discounts or coupons must be mentioned at the time of payment.

 

10. Some cruises may have a service charge collected at the time of your reservation, related to the
cruise, planned location, duration, and fuel charges included in your purchase. This charge is not a
gratuity and is taxable.

 

11. If you voluntarily leave an onboard gratuity, that gratuity will become the property of the person to whom you leave it.

 

12. Rates are subject to all applicable local and State sales tax.

 

13. Please call for wheelchair accessibility as the vessel has limited accessibility.

 

14. Parking charges are not included with your fare. Parking charges are at the discretion of the
governing entity of the lot you choose to park in. Chillax Custom Charters does not guarantee parking.
