We need some personal information such as billing address, email address and where you will be staying in or around the Cape Coral/Fort Myers areas while you charter with us. We will never share any of that with anyone. Ever. We do retain mailing addresses, email addresses and phone numbers for all our clients in an in-house secure data base. We do not send junk mail. Images of our charters and locations are used on this website. Your permission will be requested prior to any images that may contain you or your party. A social media page may be provided to customers to share their charter experiences and images. We reserve the right to remove any postings at our discretion.
What information do we collect?
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Sites, register on our Sites, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites.
