About Us

Business owner Blake Schwinn learned the joys of boating from his father who operated a boat business for over 25 years in Naples, FL. In 2016 an opportunity allowed the Schwinn family to permanently move to Florida. In 2018 most of the family time was spent on the water, taking cruises, kayaking, fishing, and discovering more about the Gulf. In 2019 the idea of creating a unique "Custom" charter business became a reality.

Chillax Custom Charters was created to embrace the Florida lifestyle originating from over 35 years owning and operating several boats, exploring lakes, rivers, marshes, nature preserves, beach combing, cruising, snorkeling, and fishing. The boat is captained by the other business owner Taylor Schwinn who is a knowledgeable, Coast Guard certified, Master Captain. This is a family business designed to share our love of the Gulf Coast with each guest.
